Oversee and train nursing and GDA staff. Conduct meetings, maintain patient and staff records, manage onboarding processes, and coordinate staff transportation.
Requirements:
- Graduate in GNM Nursing, B.Sc Nursing, or Diploma in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Must own a bike and have a valid driving license

Provide direct nursing care and promote the physical and psychological well-being of patients. Support a compassionate healthcare environment and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Proven nursing experience
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities:
- Identify and act on patients’ care requirements
- Provide psychological support to patients
- Monitor, record, and report on patient conditions
- Prepare patients for examinations and conduct routine diagnostics (e.g., pulse, BP, temperature)
- Administer medication and injections
- Handle medical emergencies and administer care as needed
- Adhere to care regulations and healthcare standards

Requirements:

- नर्सिंग असिस्टेंट या जनरल ड्यूटी असिस्टेंट (GDA) सर्टिफिकेशन अनिवार्य
- आयु 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक
- सुरक्षा जागरूकता और रोगी सेवा के प्रति संवेदनशीलता
Responsibilities:
- रोगियों को उनके रोजमर्रा के कार्यों जैसे स्नान, भोजन आदि में सहायता करना
- ड्रेसिंग और त्वचा की देखभाल करना
- बेसिक नर्सिंग सेवाएँ देना जैसे दूध पिलाना (oral/tube), मुंह और बालों की सफाई
- बिस्तर बनाना और पेशाब/मूत्र थैली को साफ करना
- Vital Signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature) की जाँच करना
- व्हीलचेयर/वॉकर/गेट बेल्ट आदि की मदद से मरीज को चलने में मदद करना
- बिस्तर पर पड़े मरीजों को नियमित रूप से घुमाना और बिठाना
- रोगी की स्थिति और बदलावों की रिपोर्ट नर्स को देना
- सुरक्षित देखभाल उपकरणों का प्रयोग
- रिपोर्टिंग और दस्तावेज़ीकरण
Salary:
प्रदर्शन और फीडबैक के आधार पर वेतन संशोधित किया जाएगा (हॉस्टल के साथ और बिना के लिए अलग संरचना)
